Shipping

What shipping methods do you use?

NOTE: SHIPMENTS & ORDERS ARE FINAL. FOR ANY ISSUES REACH OUT VIA EMAIL.

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Ground Advantage (First Class): Expect a slightly longer delivery time. We strive to provide shipment details within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Priority Mail: Claims 1–3 business days, though it may take an additional day or so. Expect a tracking number within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).

We drop packages Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. We will do our best to resolve any missing mail issues, but once a package is scanned in by the courier it is officially out of our hands. We will gladly work with you to navigate any issues.

If your package never arrives: Send us an email at admin@puremol.net with your order number so we can diagnose what went wrong.

We do NOT ship internationally.

When will my order be shipped?

Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Any order placed and paid before 11:00 AM EST on a shipping day will go out that same day.

Example: An order placed at 9:00 AM on Monday ships Monday. An order placed at 2:00 PM on Monday — or any time on Tuesday — ships Wednesday.

You should not need to email asking whether your order will ship on a certain day — the schedule above covers it.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Bitcoin (BTC) via our payment system. After sending payment, a confirmation email is not necessary — you will receive one within 24 hours depending on the day and time of your order.

IMPORTANT: Use the correct email address at checkout — this is where all order updates are sent. Also ensure you are sending to the correct wallet address provided after placing your order.

Do NOT send from an exchange (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken). This makes it harder for the payment to go through. Send directly from a personal wallet such as Electrum, or use Cash App (Bitcoin feature).

How do I place an order?

  1. Select your product(s) and add them to your cart.
  2. Read our Terms and Conditions and legal disclaimer.
  3. Fill out your delivery address and select a shipping method at checkout.
  4. You will be directed to a screen with a Bitcoin wallet address and QR code.
  5. Send the exact amount from your wallet to the address provided.
  6. Your order will be marked as Processing once payment is received.

How do I use crypto? What's the easiest method?

Cash App or a personal wallet (e.g., Electrum) is the easiest way to purchase and send BTC. Simply scan the QR code provided during checkout or carefully copy the wallet address and send the exact amount displayed on the invoice.

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase any material on this website.
  • ALL chemicals and products are sold for research and forensic applications only.
  • ALL chemicals and products are not for human or veterinary use.
  • All customers are presumed to be qualified researchers with proper PPE.

Why order research chemicals?

Research chemicals have a wide range of potential scientific applications, including:

Re-Shipping & Refunds

I received the wrong item or it never arrived. Do I qualify for a refund or replacement?
