Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

The listing of any material on this website does not constitute a license for its use, nor a recommendation for use in infringement of any patent. It is understood that all products purchased through PureMol will be handled solely by qualified and trained individuals. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that hazards exist associated with the handling and use of these products.

The customer represents and warrants to PureMol that, through their own independent review and study, they are fully informed and knowledgeable regarding:

1. The health and safety hazards associated with handling the purchased products;
2. The industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect personnel from such hazards;
3. The obligation to adequately communicate health and safety hazards associated with these products; and
4. All applicable government regulations concerning the use of and exposure to such products.

PureMol reserves the right to limit sales or refuse to sell products to any customer deemed unqualified. Under no circumstances shall PureMol or any of its affiliates be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether a purchaser's claim arises in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. In consideration of the sale of products — sales which PureMol would not otherwise make — the purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold PureMol harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any nature arising from the purchaser's handling and/or use of any product sold on this website, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance regardless of its origin.

Use of Products

Products offered by PureMol are intended exclusively for research purposes unless otherwise explicitly stated. Intended uses do not include, but are not limited to: in vitro diagnostic applications, incorporation into foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics, human consumption, or any commercial purpose.

The buyer acknowledges that products have not been tested by PureMol for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial, or any other application. The buyer expressly represents and warrants to PureMol that they will properly test and use all purchased products — and any materials produced using those products — in accordance with the practices of a reasonable expert in the relevant scientific field, and in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, both current and future.

The buyer further warrants that any material produced using PureMol products shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce. The buyer understands that, unless otherwise stated, PureMol products are intended primarily for research purposes and may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that any products purchased from PureMol are approved for use under TSCA, where applicable.

The buyer is responsible for verifying all hazards and conducting any additional research necessary to understand the risks involved in using purchased products. The buyer also bears the duty to inform their own customers and any auxiliary personnel — such as freight handlers — of any risks associated with handling or using these products. The buyer agrees to comply with any instructions provided by PureMol regarding product use and agrees not to misuse products in any manner. The buyer further agrees that all products purchased are not intended for resale.

If any products purchased from PureMol are repackaged, relabeled, or used as starting materials or components in other products, the buyer is responsible for independently verifying PureMol's assay of those products.

All products and services offered through PureMol.net are exclusively for laboratory and research activities. By placing an order with PureMol, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances shall any of these chemicals or materials be used in an inappropriate manner.
